Requirements

• Verification criteria: at intervals with variable temperature and also at speed ranges, depending on the adjustable verification time, the diameter and concentricity must be registered from the point of view of the measuring technique.
• Simultaneous verification of two rings;
• 10 variants of samples;
• Temperature range between 20°C and 190°C;
• Speed range between 400 and 7500 1/min
• Registration of temperature, speed, ring diameter (testing at 400 Hz) and concentricity during functioning;
• Accuracy of repetition ± 7 µm
• Permanent verification of validation;
• Automated and manual operation;

Solution

• External temperature with additional heating register, directly in the leakage area from the isolated testing room, with anticipated variable indication of nominal value through network connection;
• Testing room with folding door and control window, including illumination;
• Speed regulator for synchronous motor, propeller shaft (shaft bearing) and centring cone specific to samples;
• The assemblage of samples either in pairs or individually on the accurate fastening cone;
• Safety equipment with 2 channels with the monitoring of protection door and bolt
• Optic laser sensors, applied outside the testing room for determining with accuracy the concentricity and ring diameter;
• EA Beckhoff system with bus coupler and industrial PC;
• Machine programming with Microsoft Visual Studio and the simultaneous evaluation of results of measurements and visualization on the screen under the form of tables or optionally as diagram presentation;
• Creation of testing programme and selection of samples with the touchscreen;
• Network connection through LAN for the registration of operation data;
• Calibration possibility through Master rings;
