  • Manual workstation for EOLT testing for the power battery (compressed string with hydraulic system and magnetic valve in order to maintain the string compressed)
  • Measured Master component reference check, right after the control start
  • Variable, adjustable input and output cycles, for checking
  • Checking the power battery operation (closing time and closing track)
  • Inserting the sample backwards, with max. 7 kN
  • Cycle duration: max. 3 minutes per sample
  • Time for maintaining the sample: 24 hours
  • Printer for labels, for editing the IO or NIO labels
  • Confirmation of NIO component by the operating staff
  • Automatic and manual operation
  • Recording in the protocol and archiving of the various process data

  • Pneumatically operated linear unit with sample adapter, to insert the compressed string of the sample

  • 2 channels security equipment, with protection door monitoring and lock

  • Separate drawer for stopping time with up to 100 samples
  • Printing the NIO labels with error and data code
  • Printing the IO labels with company logo, sample name, connection duration, allowable environment temperature, protection type and serial number
  • EA Beckhoff system with bus coupler and industrial PC;
  • Machine programming with Labview and, simultaneously, evaluation of the measurement results and view on the screen as tables or, optionally, as a diagram presentation
  • Archiving the processing data by ODBC interface
